What is your process? And how can you give yourself permission to just honor what your process is? A lot of people do not follow a process in life and do not feel the need to complete a series of steps in order to get the job done. For some, that may work and for others, it doesn’t — either side you identify with is completely fine and normal. Above all, there is a feeling of stability in deciding what we want to do, where we want to go, and how to achieve it. It can help to alleviate a lot of the normal pressures we experience in life.

In today’s episode, we discuss how we interpret the word ‘process’ in multiple ways. From using it as an action to complete tasks on a bucket list to processing our emotions and attitudes during an important situation. Another way we interpret this word is by exploring how we navigate our experiences in life. Sometimes we need to feel through our emotions to decide how we can best process a situation and respond effectively to it.

Join us on today’s episode as we explore these topics, including how to claim our experiences by processing our emotions, not following a specific schedule or procedure, and finding liberation from that.
