What is there to say about control in light of Roe vs. Wade being overturned last week? We identify as cis gendered women and while the fight for access to abortion is not just for women it stirs up what a lot of us already know.
We are not in control of our bodies or our lives.
We can sublimate this truth most of the time and it is deeply painful when we are reminded of just how out of control we are.
Anytime control comes up as a theme it feels like a good time to check in. Where are you being controlling? Where are you relinquishing control? What is control intertwined with for you?
Too tired or sad to think, no problem just listen to us and think about it whenever you can.
