Jealousy! Oh you slippery and tricky emotion! Both of us dig it as a motivator to look at our own lives and go wait what’s that about? Why do I feel jealous? However it’s not a neighborhood we’re planning to spend a lot of time in.
Competition, now that we have a little more time for. Not so much because we like competing but because we like winning. In order to win you gotta compete. We also mostly just compete with ourselves which we’re sure some nice therapist has thoughts on.
Is it really competition if 9 times out of 10 you’re competing against yourself? Does it inhibit presence? Making us size ourselves up like the competition. Who knows but trust we did spend a full hour getting into it.
