“No useful movements for change have ever sprung out of fervent guilt.
Instead, get angry. Anger is useful. Use it for good.”
― Reni Eddo-Lodge, Why I'm No Longer Talking to White People About Race
How are you using your anger these days? There is plenty to be angry about.
We’re real over feeling demonized for our anger. What’s so scary about some feminine rage hmmmm? Maybe we have some points.
What was your introduction to anger? We want to hear all about it, but in the meantime feel free to listen to us talk about our anger thoughts. We dedicate this episode to every woman who is tired of being called angry. We hear you. Until next week.

Set the mood with some 90’s angst first…
A few exercises when you're feeling angry:
1. Find your breath, take a deep inhale for two counts hold at the top and exhale through your mouth for a count of 6-8. Repeat 10 x
2. Find your feet, come to the earth and sit with the soles of your feet touching. Place your hands on the outside of your feet, drop your head and breathe. Let yourself calm down or just feel the anger and be with it for a moment while you ground down.
3. Scream in your car, yard, into a pillow. It is a healthy way to let the anger out without hurting yourself or people around you.
4. Remind yourself it isn't personal, even when it feels that way, 9/10 the person we are angry with is not intentionally hurting us. That doesn't mean our feelings aren't valid, it just means we can send some of that energy back to them and find our center again. Feel your feelings, write them out and then take a step forward.
